For the HadaCrie or FaceCrie products, why the cotton pad cannot be attached properly?: Please use a normal rectangular or round cosmetic cotton pad. If the cotton pad is too thick or thin, you will not be able to attach it.
On HadaCrie Cool product, why does the “Cool-Aesthetic” mode not work continuously after the first use?: Please use the “Cool-Aesthetic” mode only once a day. On this mode, the device generates heat, so if you wish to use this continuously more than once, you need to leave it for a while after your first use.
Can “Cleansing” mode of the HadaCrie or FaceCrie products remove make-up?: This product cannot remove make-up. Please use a make-up remover cleanser.
Can I use the FaceCRiE or HadaCRiE product twice a day?: We do not recommend it, because the impact will be too much on your skin. Once a day is enough.
Can we use milk-based lotion or gel instead of toner when using the FaceCRiE or HadaCRiE product?: Please use only toner or exfoliating toner. Milk-based lotion and gels will not give you the full effect, because they do not pass electricity very well.
Why does the product (NC-5510) not make any sound or vibration, and no tingling sensation?: This product is not a vibration type. When the product is switched on, the lamp will change to the appropriate number. Even on the highest level 4, it does not give you any tingling sensation. This is normal. You can set the motion sound as a sign of the device functioning properly.
Do the FaceCRiE or HadaCRiE products have wrinkle, blemish and sag removal or lifting effect?: The products do not have these functions; however it makes your skin more clear and radiant. In addition, using the “COOL-AESTHETIC” mode of CM-N10000 will give you the pore-tightening effect
Is there any difference between cleansing functions for “FaceCRiE” and “HadaCRiE”, since “HadaCRiE” takes longer time to use?: “FaceCRiE” uses conductive rubber head,”HadaCRiE” uses Titanium metal head. However, depending on the material, we adjust the power output and time, to make the function to be the same for each device.
Is FaceCRiE or HadaCRiE ion supplying device? Is it ultrasonic?: No. It uses the power of electrical current to support the infiltration of skin toner into the deeper layers of the skin. It can only support the toner into the cuticle layer.
What is the difference between FaceCRiE and HadaCRiE?: “HadaCRiE” has the infiltration and moisturizing support function, in addition to cleansing function. “FaceCRiE” has only the cleansing function.
